I’m Sean Phillips, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon. I help people buy and sell at SilverStar and across the North Okanagan, and I built this site because mountain buyers deserve better information than a brochure and a listing sheet.

How I work
A mountain home is never just a house. You’re buying a way of spending your winters and summers, a set of rules about renting and suites, and a relationship with snow. My job is to make sure you understand all of it before you sign, and to be straight with you when a property doesn’t fit.

Why SilverStar
SilverStar is one of the few places near Vernon where you can own a home, use it when you want and rent it when you don’t. It has a real village, a summer season that now rivals winter, and a Nordic network that’s among the best in the country, all 20 to 25 minutes from a city with a hospital, lakes and an airport under an hour away. It’s also a market where small details, like which way the roof sheds or whether your area requires a rental manager, make a big difference to value. That’s the kind of detail I like.
